The gas piston can be installed instead of the originals# %# on the weapons above or if you have a 10J gas piston, you can change to this more powerful one.

This piston is Hatsan's original piston that gives a higher power than 10J and your air rifle becomes licensed with this piston fitted when the impact energy exceeds 10J! Changing the piston is easy compared to changing the spring but when the weapon becomes a license requirement it must only be carried out by a trained weapon technician.

The gas piston gives better shooting characteristics compared to a regular spring;
-Significantly much easier to mount in the weapon than a traditional spring
-Less vibrations and a power source that does not create twisting forces, this gives better precision in the weapon
-Quieter
-A more distinct feel and shorter time from firing until the bullet leaves the barrel (locking-time)
-Better effect. A gass piston has better life and keeps the muzzle velocity constant for a longer time.
-A gass piston can be held up for a longer time without losing power.

The pressure (and the muzzle velocity) can adjusted with compressed air through a PCP pump or scuba tube (adapters not included). The piston will be delivered filled and ready to mount.
